Log in to SMS Partner Platform features Create a new form Easily create a form by clicking the “Create a new form” button from the form management area. Form customization Add fields to your form using the available options: First Name, Last Name, and Custom Field, for a form that meets your needs. Then configure it by choosing a name and a contact group. Export and integration Once your form is ready, it’s time to embed it on your website. To do so, click the “Export” button on the form you wish to publish and a window will open displaying the HTML code. All you need to do is paste this code into the web page of your choice, and your form will be immediately ready to collect registrations. Form features Field customization Add up to 4 custom fields in addition to the mandatory phone number field and optional fields (first name, last name). Edit each custom field according to the information you wish to collect.
