Step 1: Import your contacts

Start by importing your contact list from an Excel or CSV file, or sync it directly from your CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce…). Our system automatically checks for duplicates, ensuring a clean database. Step 2: Write your message

Personalise it by inserting your recipients’ first names to boost engagement. You can also add a clickable short link to direct your customers to a special offer, a form or your website, making it easier to track your conversion rate. Don’t forget to include the “STOP SMS” opt-out to allow recipients to unsubscribe easily, in line with legislation.

Step 3: Customise the sender

Choose the sender name that will appear on your customers’ phones, if you do not wish to receive replies to your SMS send. We recommend using your company name, without spaces or special characters. Step 4: Schedule the send
